There are several reasons why you could have been charged twice for your membership:
You have multiple email addresses that are linked to your Women in Music account: If you have more than one email address that is registered with Women in Music, each account may have been charged once. You can disassociate extra accounts by contacting us as email@example.com to assist you.
You have setup automatic payments to WIM in your Paypal account AND you have also paid the membership renewal invoice you received from WIM directly: You should cancel your automatic payments in Paypal and only renew via the invoice you received from WIM.
You should always renew your Women in Music account by following the instructions in the renewal email you received from us to ensure that your payment is recorded properly.
